  • Good morning, I woke up at 9:20 and just got breakfast straight away but I'm feeling happier, I don't have a headache today and a lot happier/lighter than I usually feel in the morning, I'm usually a grumpy morning person ahaha, I honestly have never felt so relaxed in my life during the hypnosis.

  • After our call I definitely felt heavy energy. I didn't have motivation to do much. I just let myself rest, I did the sensual shower minus the candles. It was very soothing. However overall I felt as if I healed something within me that weighed me down. I also feel calm internally & I feel very grounded and in control of my reaction to things. I honestly feel amazing.
