“Working with Alissa was the beginning of new things to come. I won two weeks of coaching and then decided to continue on for another two weeks. Alissa is one of those magnetic people who only want the best for you, work with you and stand by your side and you feel empowered after speaking with her. For the past few weeks I've noticed a massive transformation within myself, that have removed negative patterns and thought processes and negative mindsets. All the techniques that we've learnt have helped my tremendously in my healing journey.

There's been so much things we've learnt that you've taught me that have helped me become the best version of myself and understand the world and people around me. I just want to keep on improving myself and experience the best life I can make for myself. I've healed so much things that were in my past that I didn't realise were still lingering in my present - I am at peace with my past & I am hopeful for my future because I have the resources to create a future that is empowering because I am working on myself.

Yesterdays call was amazing.

After I got off the call I went to see my partner, we discussed all the things that I learnt.

I also pointed out I've noticed we have different time frames for getting over things and he expressed its because he has deeper issues that are making it hard for him to get over conflict as quickly as I can.

We had a wonderful conversation about our relationship, we discussed in what ways we can be better for ourselves and each other.

Such a beautiful night with him!
